Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NovaWork Global ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

NovaWork Global provides AI-assisted career tools, including resume building, interview preparation, job search tracking, and coaching session scheduling. Some features use artificial intelligence (Google's Gemini) to generate suggestions, rewrites, and analysis.

AI features are assistive, not authoritative. Suggested accomplishment text, positioning summaries, job-match scores, and similar AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it, including before using it in a real resume, application, or interview.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, whether by email/password or by signing in through Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle you select (monthly or annual) at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, no scraping or reselling the Service, and no uploading content you don't have the right to share.

You own the resume, career, and personal information you enter into NovaWork Global. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

The NovaWork Global platform, branding, and underlying software are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our branding or code beyond what's needed to use the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Stripe, Adzuna). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will lead to any particular job-search outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaWork Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
