NovaWork Global ("we", "us") operates the NovaWork Global platform, including NovaResume, Interview Lab, Job Search, and related career-coaching tools. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information: your name, email address, and password (or, if you sign in with Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn, the name, email, and profile picture those providers share with us).
Career data you provide: work experience, education, certifications, accomplishments, CAR (Context-Action-Result) stories, career positioning details, and any resume files or audio recordings you upload or record.
Job search activity: job descriptions you paste for match scoring, and role/location searches you run.
Coaching and networking data: coaching session requests, recruiter/firm contacts, job applications, and networking plan progress you enter.
Billing information: your subscription tier and billing history. We do not store your full payment card details. Those are handled directly by Stripe.
Usage data: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically.
To provide the service: building and storing your resume, tracking your job search, scheduling coaching sessions, and processing your subscription.
AI processing: when you use AI-powered features (resume parsing, accomplishment writing and analysis, voice-to-story extraction, competency grouping, job-match scoring, LinkedIn profile review), the relevant text or audio is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. We do not use your data to train Google's underlying models.
Live job search results are retrieved from Adzuna's job listings API based on the role and location you search for.
Coaching session scheduling uses Microsoft Graph to check coach availability and create Microsoft Teams meetings.
To communicate with you about your account, bookings, and service updates.
We rely on the following providers to operate the platform, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own terms: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Google (Gemini AI and Google Sign-In), Microsoft (Microsoft Sign-In and Microsoft Graph for Teams/calendar), LinkedIn (LinkedIn Sign-In), Stripe (payment processing), Adzuna (job listings), Vercel (application hosting), and our email delivery provider.
We retain your account and career data for as long as your account is active, so you can continue building on your work. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain certain records (e.g. billing history) for legal or accounting purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database) to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
NovaWork Global is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by the service providers listed above. By using NovaWork Global, you consent to this transfer and processing.
